Msg->" It comes in a tall narrow gold can and it is like spraying lacquer on the hair. It dries clear, and is quite stiff. I had to start using it because so many of the original elastic bands were rotting and hair-do's were falling apart. This spray allows the set to stay in place even when the elastic is gone. If you want to just re-place some flyaway hair, spray it on a piece of tinfoil and use a q-tip to apply it. I'm sure there are other things you can use, but this has worked for me.
