You have to slide the arm pieces off until you find the elastic loop. As you slide off the pieces, take pictures. The first thing you do is thread a narrow ribbon or string through the elastic's loop, leaving long tails, as this will be how you pull the elastic back through the arm(s). Once you have control of the elastic, thread the ribbon through the pieces to re-make the arm(s). Don't lose the hooks! TAKE A LOT OF PICTURES, before and after. You can do this!
