That concludes our 15th anniversary party! As always, I wish I had prizes for all of you!! It is always fun coming up with questions and reading your responses. I especially loved seeing pics of some of your collections and favorite props. Thank you to Ivy in MA for sponsoring our party and covering shipping expenses. Huge thanks to our generous board members, Anne Monday, SuzanneMcD, Helen in CA, Barb in MA, Becky in Upstate, Scott in DC, Madame M Designs, Atilla, Sandra in Ohio, Kay in Chgo, Sandra Stillwell, and Tom in CA for donating the fantastic prizes! Fifteen years seems to have gone by in the blink of an eye. It is wonderful to see so many of you keeping the dream alive even after many years with Gene not being produced. As I was dressing the Premiere Gene in the DAE gown Tom donated as a prize, I was taken how beautiful this very first Gene was. She is a classic and will always be so. It makes me happy so many of us still love her and continue to share the dream. A toast to all of you!! |
