In looking at previous posts on the subject, this came to me:
The early birds give license to get this party started. Those who are preparing & sending cards out soon keep the party going. The middle-of-the- month people refresh the celebration. The latecomers add more reason to stretch out the festivities.
To those who are stressing about getting things done, please relax and remember:
1) Kwanzaa is celebrated December 26 to January 1. 2) Orthodox Christmas is January 7. 3) Chinese New Year begins January 22 and ends with the Lantern Festival on February 5.
Then my birthday & Valentine’s Day aren’t far behind. That gives us 2+ months with excuses to have a good time. So “CAPO!” 🎊 🥳
