A review of the SSP Fashion "All Dolled Up" Archived Message

All Dolled Up - this is a review of a separate purchase, 1920s style fashion from the 2022 Sandra Stillwell Presents event, "Fashion Fast Track', which took place in Indianapolis, IN, last week.
The doll modeling is a Jamieshow, white skinned, 16" Grace from a few years back. She was my first Jamieshow resin doll, who wasn't a Gene line resin doll. I used her so you know that this fashion will work on a regular line Jamieshow body, which means it will also work on a Numina, and many of the Tonner bodies. It will be baggy on a Ficon, a Modsdoll, or a Kingdom doll. My model wanted to lean backward a lot, so in some of the pictures, the neckline appears higher than it really is.
This outfit was available at the event in small quantities, so I bought one there, and pre-ordered the companion piece, which was a green velvet short coat and silvery dress called "Glad Rags". There were another couple of 1920s themed outfits, but I'll save that review for a separate post.
This fashion is comparatively simple, a dress, a head band, earrings and long necklace of faceted beads and chain links, and a pair of gold metallic Mary Jane style high heeled shoes.
The dress fabric is a black mesh printed with multi-colored flowers, lined with a gold lame` slip dress to give it extra dimension. The gold reflects light and enhances the mesh, and is not overpowering. The side drapes are magenta chiffon, as is the piping around the neckline and armhole edges, and inserted between the dropped waist bodice and skirt. It may read as deep red in some of the pictures, but it is magenta, a purple-toned color in the red family. The dress has a back hook and eye closure.
The headpiece is a bronze colored metallic lace, cut out and attached to a narrow, (less than a 1/4" wide), gold metallic, felt lined band. It will fit over a variety of wigs.
The jewelry is faceted metallic beads in the dress colors and then some, with gold chain link in between the beads.
The Mary Jane style shoes have numerous cut outs along the edges, and working buckles for their closure. They fit both Gene line and Jamieshow feet.
Here are the pics. Feel free to ask questions if there is anything I haven't covered.
