Shipping rates are completely under the domain of the Post Office or which ever shipper is used. To think a seller has any control over that is just ignorant. ON THE OTHER SIDE..........so Dave's rant won't feel lonely......... Any seller who gouges rates for their own profit should be reported for "fee aversion". It's evidently a thing, and it's disreputable.
