Hello everyone. I wondered if anyone can help me identify a fashion? I looked on her site but did not see it and its a little overwhelming going through it all. I just wondered what it was called. The dress looks like a 1930's or 1940's style and is primarily blue with pastel flowers. There is a ruffle at the sleeve with a pink ruffle in the middle and a ruffle down the back.
