One of my favorite dolls was the Alexis Carrington doll done in the 80's...18 or 19 inches tall and in a red dress similar to the ones she wore on the show...such a great likeness...sadly, mine got ruined in a small apartment fire years ago...I saved the outfit and jewelry, but had to toss the doll 9same with the Linda Evans doll...they were together on a shelf)...I don't really collect that type of doll anymore, although sometimes I think about buying them again to display...I did not care for the Mattel Barbie versions...nothing was done to make the dolls look like the actresses...just Barbie in a Nolan Miller inspired dress...
