The shirt detail is cross-stitch with beading on a finer Aida cloth. Since I also used to do cross-stitch, I always thought I would figure out a way to make one similar, but never got around to it (now my eyesight keeps me from enjoying cross-stitch these days). Flash forward several year to a year or so ago...lo and behold this outfit was up for sale (I don't recall if it was on E-Bay or direct from the seller on an online board)...I was overjoyed to have gotten it! I have been admiring it and thinking about it quite a bit over the years... However, I have totally forgotten the name of the talented person who designed and made this fabulous party frock! So, please help me identify this person...and I need to write it down this time and keep it with the outfit! I used this dress for my Christmas cards this year...I was a bit disappointed when I got the cards back...the details of the skirt got somewhat cut off and darkened by the holiday greeting printed over it...so now everyone can better see the amazing details of this wonderful dress!
