and another Dec. 8. Perhaps it's just Ohio. I speculate that USPS has a problem finding states that have short names with too many vowels - Ohio, Iowa, Idaho...
It once took an official USPS Priority envelope, complete with extra priority postage, over two weeks to get from me to a friend in Idaho, not during the holidays. The tracking showed it went to Louisiana, Florida, Texas, California, Washington state, Oregon, then to either Montana or Wyoming, and finally to Idaho. After it reached Idaho, it still took a couple more days to be delivered.
Anyway, some cards still may be somewhere out there, and we may need all the 12 Days of Christmas and beyond before we can declare the holidays over!
