| I was supposed to sign up by July 15 and I didn't, so I cannot sell on eBay at this time. I set up a separate bank account for eBay, but I haven't gone back to do the Managed Payments. You have to mail items immediately, but you don't get your money for several days. That is plenty of time for a buyer to cancel the payment, receive the item and leave the seller out of pocket and out of item! |
