I'm not lucky enough to own a resin gene.....yet
However one day in looking something up on the internet I came across someone else discussing the issue (couldn't remember where the heck it was to save my life)
Anyway, basically they said the same thing.
As with the vinyl/plastic dolls they all react in the same manner. Once exposed to the rays, the substance absorbs the molecules and it changes the composition. (I'm probably not saying it exactly right, but you get the idea)
What bothers me is I love to look at my dolls/fashions sometimes in natural light, not direct but sunlight none the less. The doll room is quite dark and even with all the lights on, it's hard to see. Colors and everything else just pops in natural light. So basically every time our lovely ladies are exposed, that is what is happening.
***Which makes me wonder if when photographing the dolls with the "white light" bulbs (closer to the kelvin score of daylight) does that cause the same problem?
