If you are thinking about sending some dolls in for the comp eye exchange (due to the "new" bad eyes of the past two years) --- don't yet! We sent in 6 brand new dolls to have their eyes swapped to good new ones, and just got them back an hour or so ago. All six have SERIOUS issues! All the bodies/limbs have serious shines, scuffs, scrapes, nicks, cuts, and marks. Two came with their wigs melted. Two with their heads flattened. One has eyes that don't open all the way, even if you try to gently push them up. One looks so up to the ceiling that he looks like he is about the have a seizure. Anyway, Mom is on the phone with American Girl now and Sis is working on typing the whole thing up. Just wanted to post to say wait if you are thinking of sending any in! I'll post the finish of the story, and then you can decide for yourself! Right now, needless to say, the three of us are pretty low feeling. Very disappointing.
