...giving me no end of frustration. I can imagine how much more annoying it can be with both hands in pain. I’m doing all the physical therapy I’ve been told to do but it’s so slow going. If you found a doctor or therapist do what they say. Better yet, if you can find an osteophathic doctor, try them. I had the best one who helped so much but he moved to NYC and I’ve had a hard time finding one with a waiting list list less than one year. I, too, agree with the meditation and yoga ideas. The mind is such a powerful driver that anything we can do to calm it and get it to work for us is worth seeking out. Sending good thoughts your way. 💜
