There is a paid version that gives more options for each month (although you can use the free one, it just takes longer to add a full collection with # limits per month on the free version)

She is letting all free members have upgraded memberships until the end of the year though.
It will be a base for selling and trading eventually too I guess, but mainly for organizing.

I know many people have done databases and lists over the years, which I have tried to use too but so far this one has had really great features. I'm going to focus just my resin on there at the moment since I'm planning on letting most of my vinyl dolls go.
