Sorry for the delay, but I am heading in to hip replacement surgery in a couple of weeks and didn't get organized until now. I have some photos to share.

Easter Parade outfits

A pair of linen suits based on Hardy Amies patterns, a la Diane Wagner. I added the Schiffli floral trim.


I think they are more 1940's style than 1950's, but a classic suit is always in style.

Floral print outfits

A pair of border print florals that dictated the style of finished outfits to me. It was either this Perfect Pattern dress style or pillowcases!


This fabric is painted taffeta. It kept screaming at me to become a long, full-skirted dress perfect for dancing.


And finally a 50's style dress in a simple allover floral print. Thanks Tamara for the easily adaptable pattern for this look!
