It seems to be such an uncertain market, I'm not sure if anyone besides Robert Tonner will continue to make 16" fashion dolls for the general market.

Robert Tonner, along with Rachel Hoffman and her Virtual Doll Convention business, have been the only suppliers I know of. They have successfully introduced several sizes of dolls and characters to a new market, and that's good for the hobby. Good for everyone, actually.

The high end artist-owned companies like Kingdom, Ficon or Aquatalis still offer small quantities of exquisite resin dolls, averaging $800.00 to $1500.00 and up. Some of the smaller companies have also put out offerings, like Alma Doll or V Jhon, but they are not mass market by any stretch of the imagination.

The present situation has businesses very uncertain because shipping is not stable or predictable.

I think there is still a market, I just don't know how long people will be willing to wait.
