...at a Gene convention and I wanted it desperately. I lost out to Joan Greene and then a few years later it was produced in the line. It was fine but it didn't compare to the prototype which was incredible. I bid $1000 for it (in 1996) and I remember thinking it was probably a good thing I didn't win it because I'm not sure how well that would have gone over when I'd got home.

I still wish I owned it.
