chevron pattern is perfection and that top is amazing. I've longed for the doll version of this for decades now. Ya'll expert tailors may know of something, but I have never been able to find a fabric this fine that will have the weight to hang and swing and drape like this but still be in scale for Gene. Liquid Lame' is the closest I've come to having the heft but the scale is off. Chiffon has the scale and drapes well, but does not have the heft to pull this off. Maybe with a tiny strand of metal weight in the seam lines like Chanel's chain at the hems? The lines of that top may look simple but hooboy, totally not!
