Greetings!

This is the week of The Passion.
This year the days align up almost perfectly to the week our Lord gave Himself for us.

We see Yeshua entering Jerusalem as a conquering king, confronting the Priests and the flea market mentality which has polluted His Fathers house and we see Yeshua loving, healing and giving of Himself for us.

The Passover was Tuesday, His trial before sinners was on Wednesday, He was in the tomb before sundown Wednesday and rose before sundown on Saturday. What is missing this year from the first year is the New Moon Sabbath on Thursday.
Clearly our Lord upset, again, the "religious" folks by being raised from the dead on, you guessed it, the Sabbath! Was this just to prove The Father works on the Sabbath? Or was it because the prophet said He would be in the earth for three days and three nights?
Whatever God's plan, it means we are saved because of Yeshua, because Yeshua has taken upon Himself our punishment and we are free from ourselves, from our sin and from the lies of Satan!
We are free, not to live as pagans or heathens, but we are free to live the lives God planned for us in the beginning.
We are free to go directly to God and present Him with our praises, needs and concerns.
We are free to do His will and to reach out to others to share the great truth that we have been so generously given!
We are free to stand up and defend our faith against those who would destroy truth in favor of lies.
We are free to demonstrate the love God has given to each of those who believe and choose Him.
