I agree with everything Mike said. I also suggest:

1. include pictures and videos on website to help recruit more teams and players, promote and showcase the league throughout the region.

2. improve the field quality. I would not mind pitching in an extra $10 to the entry fee to create the best playing surface in the state.

3. Bring back the scoreboards! i know we have used one in the past and it really helped the flow of the game so everyone is not confused and questioning the ref. Again I have no problem with pitching in an extra cost to the entry money to improve the game atmosphere.

4. Concessions: More towards the warmer weather seasons but having Gatorade and food access at the field was crucial. I know you have tried this before and I liked the idea.

5. I have been trying to get the all-star game back for a while now! I did not participate in the last all star game but i enjoyed watching the best of the best in each division go against each other. Maybe could add a little more to it, like the winning team gets cash or something.
