Arrangement of Data Blocks
There are 30 self-contained and individually decodable blocks of data transmitted per minute.
The data blocks are notionally numbered 0-29 and are arranged so that block 0 starts at the beginning of each minute. Block 29 is assigned to channel 0 and carries the time code for each minute which starts at the block 29/block 0 boundary. Use blocks can be assigned to any source channel and can be assembled in any order or proportion.
