Does anyone remember reading any old bulletins or even rules featured in an old article. The one I seem to remember reading, but cant find it now.

The article gave the rules of one of the dx clubs that insisted that members do not send their dx logs to any other dx clubs... I seem to remember the rules were very over bearing......

I wish I could find that article...... Jog any memories...????
