That's 100 W PEP...i.e = 25 W blank carrier, with no audio AM Mod.
Strange they don't use the extended band above 1602 khz... only Dutch pirates use these freqs. (1611 upwards etc)

Hi david au, In your country, Any there any restrictions, for stations on the AM Extended band??..
Such as Power, Coverage, type of programming? (Voice/Music etc) things they can/cannot do?
Our UK, is very 'over the top' with Regulations, for Community FM band stations, very restricted in every aspect
