In this video a "5/8 wave" FM band antenna can be clearly seen at 22 seconds, to the right of the chimney (which itself had a pirate FM antenna at the top for another station several years ago before used for mobile phone operators):

The 5/8 wave is not the only FM antenna, what looks like a higher "dominator" FM antenna is seen in other fire footage online of this old factory as well as a low folded dipole. Which one they were actually using recently I do not know. Maybe the "dominator" gave trouble and they used the 5/8 wave instead? just speculating, as the 5/8 wave is apparently not there very long.
This now burnt out complex was also home to a shortlived pirate DAB transmission some years ago
