Licenced private shortwave German station Channel 292 hired time from Wofferton 250kw for several licenced private broadcasters or programmes that are broadcast by them December 25th and 26th.

AFAIK none of the brodcasters they carry are now pirates, most never were. Radio Delta International was a long running Dutch pirate that got a low power shortwave licence in 2020. Radio Marabu is a German alternative music station which started in 1984, don't think it still broadcasts as a pirate station, hires time on other private licenced broadcasters. Radio Cassanova 6020 and Radio Europe 6130 he also lists as pirates are licenced.
