There were various reasons why I ceased to post here ( 0ne of which was being banned I think ). On returning, I remembered another reason, that each thread immediately goes off topic.
Take as perfect example the posting by Paul G ( 5.14 Wed ). stop a moment and read it again. The posting is concocted nonsense.
If Paul G had any inside knowledge he might know that we ceased calling our donations account RRSG ( Ross Revenge Support Group ) thirty years ago when we decided that the name Radio Caroline was more recognisable than the name of a ship.
So I would say that Paul G DOES NOT have a good friend who is Caroline presenter and has NOT been told the rumour that he has made up in order to stir the pot
For the record, Nigel Farage has never offered/provided money for our broadcast fund or ship charity. If he did, his money is as good as anyones and I would gladly have placed it in one of the funds.
Again from my memory, people would start posts saying ' word on the street is ' or ' a well placed source tells me ', which is another way of saying ' I made it up '. So the cred of this board would improve by weeding out the Paul G's or challenging such people to back up their utterances.

To get back to the main subject.

The comments posted by whoever is STATEMENT are for sure the published views of Neil Gates and have been visible for a long time. I think they could be described as accusations or allegations.

Then he says that if anyone wants to know the truth they should ask him. So I do want to know and I am asking.

That should be the thrust of that thread and while in 2025 it does not really matter a feck, it would be good to put this matter to bed once and for all.
