can anyone remember why live aid 85 was not carried in full on the BBC World Service, or at least on it's African service???? Or was it partially carried?? Or was it only all the usual crap about what ronnie regan said today etc???

Amazing no one has ever shared bbc radio 1 fm stereo recordings from that as well... well via radio 2 transmitters. I never recorded it either, and for that I need a boot up the arse.....
