That weekend, the lookout (using a walkie talkie) radioed in that the police were nearby . The copper saw him speaking into the WT, apprehended him, and in court, the Radio Invesigstion team stated they were in fact looking for a more higher power tx.
RNK continued for a few weeks, but with the RI mob around they decided to shut down.
