It was very expensive and managed by Reporters without Borders in Paris, and financed by the EU.
We approached them and offered them a much higher power against a lower price.
But in the meantime the EU had stopped support since they felt that they could no longer finance off shore radio given the laws (anti pirate) in the EU countries like France.
