I couldn't find any reference to this station in the book REBEL RADIO - not sure triangulation was used for direction finding in 1974 ? wavelengths rather than frequencies were quoted & Geneva 1973 frequency plan introduced 9kHz I/F from 23rd November 1978 - therefore 1584kHz didn't actually exist in 1974 maybe just 189meters

CapitalRadio194 started 1546kcs from IBA Saffron Green Barnet in March 1975 + LBC 1149 ~261mts
