Varied.....from experienced, expert, radio presenters to some who fall a long way short of that.
But...they are all volunteers so I will not name names.
Interesting to note that one or two who fall short on the quality of presentation still get a lot of response to their shows. I can think of one that makes me cringe every week but he still puts out a really entertaining show.
As others have pointed out there are those who, despite being confident presenters, perform to a select local audience with a limited playlist.
So, yes....VARIED but better than most on offer elsewhere.
