Technically no, it's beer without the hops - they simply add flavour and make it taste more as we expect it gto. But I'm no master brewer, despite my Cask Marque acreditation and various Cellar Courses certificates. I'm better at keeping it well than brewing it, (and even better at drinking it, of course.
