The stream link normally ceases when the North weekend ends.
Tonight it's still running as you've pointed out .
I can't answer for others but I tune to 648khz at 9pm as it's supper dishes washing up time and I don't have a laptop running in the kitchen so one of those who closed the link is me .
I guess some do the same or switch to the main Caroline or flashback links.
