a small move of frequency has since taken place of one of the stations I mentioned in the initial post

This one has now moved up 0.1 to a new frequency 104,8


A form of pirate radio still going (though may have reduced in recent years due to other technology) is 'church radios' which are often found in some parts of Eire (Sunday mornings/Saturday evenings especially likely to be found on air) .

In Carlow town recently I heard the local RC church was on air on 107.9 FM of a Sunday morning.
