Podcast over quota happened to me when trying to down load the Peter Phillips show .
I tried 5 times and then received a message " do you want to leave the page and cancel the 5 downloads"

They were actually downloading 5 times.
I cancelled them all and started again -- this time waiting 30 seconds into the show before hitting the download button .
Download successful.
