I was 7 in ‘67 and living in the antipodes listening to stations like 3UZ and 3KZ.

A year later we were living in the UK and my introduction to offshore radio 📻 occurred in 1970 with RNI and that kicked off a lifelong fascination and interest in offshore radio and LBP’s and a stint on Radio Jackie in late 1974 (as a field lookout).

Britain was such an amazing place back then, so were many other countries…
