Yes, agree with that. Like some of the current Caroline crew most of the Mi Amigo people would never have got a radio gig 20 or so years ago when standards were higher and stations were fewer. Now anyone gets on air.

There are a number on Caroline who have been there a long time but have never improved. Do they ever reflect that maybe I shouldn’t be doing this?
