Caroline International on 389 was so underfunded and lacked many resources, but we all made up for it in enthusiasm (a quality that's too often missing from today's radio).

And we had such a great team: Andy Archer, Chicago, Spangles, Robin Ashcroft, Steve England, Johnny Jason, Roger Twiggy Day, Norman Barrington, Dick Palmer - and a very young Paul Alexander too (my first ever radio gig). It failed due to lack of resources when the ship's only generator gave up the ghost (again!)
