Is anyone managing the RNI automation these days ?

All RNI streams have been down for the last couple of days. Even when the automation is running it is clearly in need of some attention. There are long periods of silence and a tendency to play repeated tracks by the same artist or even the same song over and over each hour. It has been doing this for weeks.

For example, a while back I noticed Barry White's Just The Way You Are played on repeat between jingles for hours. No one seemed to notice or sort it out.

Also Beacon has been down for a couple of weeks too.

It seems the stations have been left alone on auto pilot until the PC/playout software falls over. Not even a weekly check by those involved to sort these issues. When it all works it's a great listen, such a shame.
