Also, I can remember years ago on ILR stations, that when a famous voice died, there'd be some small tribute, usually a song by the deceased artist after the news, but the stringent playlists that seemingly can't be deviated from on today's mainly crap radio stations, don't seem to allow for any similar tributes. Or maybe a Bauer or Global station did pay tribute by playing a song that wasn't scheduled? But it wouldn't surprise me if they didn't.
