I have started watching Airlinerslive on YouTube, streaming every Wednesday and Sunday, live from Manchester airport. Two presenters delivering the stream, passionate about aviation with a channel that has over 760k subscribers, That has built into a large community and offer different levels of membership. A chat stream alongside carries ads for product that they produce. All in all a success, which has meant that the presenters have given up there jobs to run this full time. The audio chat is entertaining with the two telling stories while the planes keep coming. There many things that they are doing that perhaps Caroline could adopt.
