Try checking it during daylight hours.

I've seen it up to about 22-23Kwh maximum on a full-on sunny day, on an overcast day around 5-7Kwh.

On a day of sunny spells, I've seen it over 15Kwh, dropping to around 6Khw when a heavy cloud drifts pass.
