Finland was an annoyance here in southern Sweden in 1989 when I used to listen to Atlantic 252. Hard to null out with a loop antenna too because it was in the opposite direction. I remember Atlantic 252 was stronger in the evenings for some reason. Black Box - "Ride On Time" and Starlight - "Numero Uno" are the songs I remember were played then. Italo house.
