1.Yes send them a counter bill for promoting the artists they claim to represent. It confuses the Fu** out of them and is fun to do and creates a stalemate.
Or

2. Inform them that they are promoting a pirate outfit / station by asking that station for money quote the illegal frequency you are or might be! Relaying the stream on and also ask them to acknowlege the pirate transmition by offering to pay them the said payments. You will not hear from them again.
Or

3. Totally ignore these thugs send all or any mail back to sender as address unknown.
Or

4. A show of the middle finger is also a good replant! And good for a laugh too.
