We've had this discussion before Mike, that Caroline are perfectly able within the current Ofcom agreement to play hit pop music, if they were allowed to by PM. As it is it just plays obscure music and never any from people from any ethnic or of black origin.

RNI is as free and independent as a pirate is with no ofcom regulation. I will not get into the topic further but let's just say they are a proper pirate on the internet.
