Caroline is just another staid UK establishment station, no different to any Hospital radio. There is something very special about real radio Pirates. No two Pirates are the same, and there are plenty of real Pirates on Short Waves and VHF as said by Mark. Radio Pamela is a true free spirit Pirate I like to follow and qualifies as proper free pirate radio.
