It is not a 'Restricted Service Licence', aka RSL, it's a 'Community of Interest' licence, which is NOT restricted to a geographical area in the same as a standard community licence is, that's been stated by OFCOM.

Hence why they have already had a power increase to enlarge their initial coverage area, and so why they have asked for another increase, so they can reach more of area they covered whilst offshore.
