Surely the whole point of modulation is that it is “inconsistent”; it’s supposed to vary either the the frequency, the phase or amplitude of a carrier, that’s how it works / by its inconsistency.

Looking at the modulation level and waveform shows its average to be pretty steady. I never heard of people nit-picking so much over technical parameters at any other station, this is just obsessive.
