Whilst I can fully appreciate it is nice to sit and ponder and then philosophise about what Caroline can and can't do, should and shouldn't do- none if it makes any sense in the real world.

Caroline is a one man band effectively, owned and run by one man who calls ALL the shots.
What he says goes and the rest either behave like yes men or they are told to go.

It may shock some of you, but these are the hard to swallow facts.
Nothing will change- accept it and move on.
